Are you a young dancer looking to get to the next level? Or a professional needing to stay in shape and gain strength during this time of social distancing? This Summer to Stronger program is the perfect supplement to taking barre at home. These dance specific conditioning classes will improve your balance, stamina, flexibility and strength. Register for individual classes or the full series for a balanced program which will cover each area you need to come back even stronger next season!
Each class contains dance specific exercises which work your cardio, core and a focus area!
Focus areas:
- Pointe (strength, arch mobility and ankle stability)
- Extensions (devant and à la seconde)
- Extensions (arabesque)
- Turn-out and Flexibility
- Jumps and Turns (balance and power)

Class Details

Where: Access online from anywhere! Be sure you have enough room to complete a jumping jack and have something sturdy to use as a bar for balance (such as a chair)
What you’ll need: We’ll use tools in addition to bodyweight including a thereband, ankle/ wrist weights, a yoga block and a tennis ball.
