This class targets your deep core muscles using intermediate to advanced Pilates exercises in partnership with strength and conditioning techniques. This is a beginner class with optional modifications to fit with any fitness level.
Pilates with Props – 60 Minutes
Saturday | 8:00am – 9:00am

This class uses various props objects to help you get the most out of your Pilates workout. This class follows traditional Pilates technique while incorporating the latest in exercise science to support and strengthen the body.
Intermediate Pilates Fusion – 60 Minutes
Wednesdays | 5:45pm – 6:45pm
In Person | Middletown, CT
Want to improve your fitness level but unsure where to start? This class will work your entire body using beginning to intermediate level Pilates and conditioning techniques. For one hour a week, kickstart new habits in this class for all ages and fitness levels!
