Intro to Pilates – 60 Minutes

Want toned abs and a stronger core? Core strength is essential for athletic performance and injury prevention. This class targets your deep core muscles using intermediate to advanced Pilates exercises in partnership with strength and conditioning techniques. This is a beginner class with optional modifications to fit with any fitness level.

Pilates with Props – 60 Minutes

This class uses various props objects to help you get the most out of your Pilates workout. This class follows traditional Pilates technique while incorporating the latest in exercise science to support and strengthen the body.

Intermediate Pilates Fusion – 60 Minutes

Join this class to cross train and increase your overall performance. Free weights highly recommended.
